Our Program at a Glance

Winter Indoor Field Hockey
Developmental Program - U10/U12
  • December 1 - March 1 
  • players must have participated in a youth camp prior to participating in Indoor program  
  • train once weekly and compete in local 6v6 tournaments   
Competitive Program - U14/U16/U19 ​       
  • train twice weekly and compete in local 6v6 tournaments​
Showcase Program - U14/U16/U19
  • players try-out end of November and are selected by coaches
  • train twice weekly and compete in local, regional, and National 6v6 tournaments
Spring Outdoor Field Hockey (All are approx. mid-March - end of June)
Competitive - U12/U14/U16/U19
  • players will compete at 7v7 tournaments throughout the spring at college campuses throughout the mid-Atlantic region
  • trains on Sundays unless there is a tournament
Showcase - U12/U14/U16/U19
  • coach selected competitive players to attend national showcase events
  • intended to assist players pursue collegiate playing opportunities
  • trains 1-2 times weekly unless there is a tournament

Fundamental Field Hockey - Grades K-8
  • mid-May - June (approx. 9 sessions)  
  • training occurs 2-3 times weekly
  • provides a learning opportunity for the basic field hockey fundamentals of the game
  • skills will be taught during each session through the incorporation of fun games

Fall Youth Camp
​Fundamental Field Hockey - Grades 3-6

  • players must have participated in a youth camp prior to participating  
  • training will occur 2-3 times per week (approx. 10 sessions)
  • provides a learning opportunity for the basic field hockey fundamentals of the game
  • skills will be taught during each session through the incorporation of fun games

​Fall Middle School Training - Grades 7-8

  • occurs in conjunction with the Fundamental Field Hockey
  • focus is to work on skills/strategy to prepare for the upcoming Middle School Field Hockey Season
